Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of government contract billing experience
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint – Billing, AR and Projects Module
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for advanced roles

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices (FFP, T&M, CP) including high-volume travel invoicing
• Apply cash receipts to aged AR in Costpoint and resolve discrepancies
• Intercompany invoicing for intra-group labor and transactions
• Analyze monthly unbilled receivables and research issues
• Assist with month-end close and contract/billing modifications
• Maintain billing master file and support internal/external audits
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
