Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of government contract billing experience.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint – Billing, AR and Projects Module.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices of various types (FFP, T&M, CP, etc.) including high-volume travel invoicing.
• Apply cash receipts to Aged AR in Costpoint; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare intercompany invoices for labor and other transactions.
• Review contracts and modifications to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain billing master file; support audits.
