Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects.
• Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, VA, GSA, or similar federal agencies.
• Strong knowledge of the Three-Phase Control system and federal construction requirements.
• CQM-C certification or ability to obtain it before assignment.
• Experience with RMS and construction quality documentation.
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications, resolve issues, and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the project‑specific Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three-Phase Control process: preparatory, initial, and follow‑up inspections.
• Review submittals and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Maintain accurate daily QC reports, inspection records, and RMS documentation.
• Identify deficiencies, oversee corrective actions, and verify resolution.
• Serve as the primary quality control contact for government representatives.
• Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and quality documentation through closeout.
