Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction work across multiple disciplines in compliance with codes and contracts.
• Review subcontractor and vendor bids for thoroughness.
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules from inception to closeout.
• Oversee project accounting, labor costs, material expenses, and quality and safety standards.
• Foster strong client relationships and timely documentation.
