Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. You will shape the government GTM motion, target federal and state agencies, and close strategic deals with executives and procurement leaders.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with product, revenue, and legal teams to ensure compliant deployments and scalable government solutions. Washington DC alignment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations.
• Successfully closed complex deals in federal/state/regulatory environments.
• Comfort navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
• Identify opportunities where voice and AI can transform government services and citizen engagement.
• Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments.
