Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA from an accredited college or university.
2-4 years’ experience in conducting analyses and making informed recommendations.
Self-motivated, able to think critically and work independently.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of creating compelling slides with tables and graphics.
Comfort presenting to and influencing senior leadership with clear, concise communication.

Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with team members on projects, assisting in research and materials summarizing potential client impact.
Contribute to client deliverables with shareholder ownership profile analyses and proxy voting tendencies.
Help manage client deliverable timelines and keep projects on track.
Stay current on governance developments and communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
