Job summary

Sodali & Co is a recognized global capital markets stakeholder advisory firm, serving over 2,000 clients in more than 65 countries. The Analyst in Stamford, CT will support proxy solicitation, shareholder engagement, and governance advisory work within the Proxy team.

You will maintain shareholder and market data, conduct research, and prepare client reports while collaborating with senior team members to deliver outcomes during critical moments such as annual meetings, mergers, and activism

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional or internship experience in financial services, consulting, advisory, or banking.
Ability to clean and work with market data to provide solutions to stakeholders.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and analyzing shareholder and market data.
Conducting research and managing databases to support client engagements.
Coordinating with brokers and banks on behalf of clients.
Communicating with institutional and retail shareholders regarding proxy matters.
Soliciting and tracking shareholder votes.
Designing and preparing client reports, updates, and meeting materials.
Responding to inbound shareholder inquiries related to proxy solicitations.
