PJT Camberview, PJT Partners’ governance advisory unit, seeks a highly motivated Analyst to join our Governance advisory team in San Francisco. You will support all aspects of shareholder advisory work while focusing on governance matters.

You will help prepare investor materials, contribute to client engagements, and assist senior staff in delivering strategic guidance to executives and boards. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of capital

Responsabilidades

• Work effectively within assigned client teams on content spanning Shareholder Advisory to support client mandates.
• Assist in preparing high-impact management/investor presentations, press releases, scripts and other deliverables.
• Support client team in delivering advice to senior executives and directors on governance and investor topics.
• Evaluate client board and governance practices and provide advice to mitigate vulnerabilities.
