Job summary

PJT Partners in San Francisco is seeking a motivated Analyst to join PJT Camberview’s Governance practice. The Analyst will support engagements across shareholder advisory and governance matters, helping prepare client materials and deliver insights.

You will assist senior team members, help develop pitches, and contribute to research used with institutional investors. Ideal candidates are undergrads graduating Fall 2026–Spring 2027 with strong PowerPoint/Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong qualitative, quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of client engagements across governance and shareholder advisory.
• Assist in preparing high-impact management/investor presentations, press releases, scripts and other deliverables.
• Support senior team in advising executives on governance, leadership and investor topics.
• Evaluate client governance practices and messaging to mitigate vulnerabilities.
