Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support assigned client teams to understand clients, governance structures and profiles.
• Assist in identifying governance and proxy voting issues and develop advisory plans.
• Prepare management, board and investor presentations on governance topics.
• Research institutional investors, market practices and governance trends for clients.
• Help prepare senior team members for client meetings with leadership and boards.
• Contribute to research materials with broad applicability.
