This role coordinates among the Board, committees, members, and executives, ensuring timely governance workflows and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting senior executives, boards, or committees.
• Experience within a private club, hospitality, nonprofit, university, association, or professional services environment.
• Maintaining governance records and generating governance reports.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the principal administrator for governance operations, committee administration, and executive support functions.
• Coordinate among Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, club committees, members and executives.
• Ensure compliance with bylaws, maintain official records, and support leadership in administration.
