TikTok Local Services is hiring a Senior Governance & Experience Leader to drive data-driven programs in the US Dining space. You will lead a small team, shape policies for merchants, creators, and listings, and partner with Algorithm, Product, Engineering, and Legal to improve ecosystem health.

With 5+ years in governance and experience programs and a background in quantitative analysis, you will balance risk mitigation with a great business experience for merchants and users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on governance and experience programmes in O2O, Local Services, E-commerce or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in quantitative fields.
• Strategic thinking with programme management and cross-functional influence.
• Familiarity with O2O, E-commerce, local services, governance & customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team to drive governance policies for US-based Local Services Dining.
• Reduce risks across merchant, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment.
• Establish processes to collect user feedback and devise service strategies.
• Formulate strategies balancing business experience with risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Algorithm, Product, Engineering, Legal to enhance ecosystem health.
• Monitor health of the US Dining ecosystem and respond to emergencies.
