Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a remote Business System Analyst (Governance) to advise across enterprise systems, architecture, and risk management. You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Risk teams to assess architecture hygiene, resiliency, and maintainability while identifying modernization opportunities.

The role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and reporting to support enterprise standards and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in systems support or analytics.
• 6+ years supporting enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience partnering with Solution/Enterprise Architects, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
• Experience evaluating system integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to evaluate current-state and target-state architectures.
• Analyze applications, interfaces, APIs, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks and improvements.
• Participate in architecture reviews and solution design sessions and provide recommendations on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain business capability mappings, diagrams, processes, and interaction models.
• Assess the technical impact of proposed changes across applications, platforms, integrations, and business processes.
• Ensure initiatives adhere to enterprise standards and information security requirements.
