Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required (a paralegal degree is optional).
• Prefer 6+ years of experience in governance, legal support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; familiarity with board portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cadence and scheduling of governance-related meetings and align management-level with Board meetings.
• Assist in drafting corporate meeting materials, agendas, resolutions, written consents, and minutes.
• Coordinate and act as secretary for governance and management-level committee meetings as needed.
