• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives to improve governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing frameworks for control to support risk management and compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing controls for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams on governance framework elements.
