PJT Partners, a global advisory-focused investment bank, seeks a Summer Analyst for PJT Camberview with a focus on activism. You will join client teams, conduct research, and support campaigns while being staffed across multiple assignments and collaborating closely with senior team members.

Upon completion of training, you will contribute to investor relations, governance research, and strategy development.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
• Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.

• Support client mandates across assigned teams on activism-related work.
• Assist in analyzing vulnerabilities and developing engagement strategies for activist campaigns.
• Help execute campaign strategy including shareholder engagement and messaging.

• Prepare senior team for client meetings with company leadership and boards.
• Contribute to research materials with broad applicability for clients.
