Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support client mandates across assigned teams on activism-related work.
• Assist in analyzing vulnerabilities and developing engagement strategies for activist campaigns.
• Help execute campaign strategy including shareholder engagement and messaging.
• Research, analyze and develop materials on activists, investors, markets and governance trends.
• Prepare senior team for client meetings with company leadership and boards.
• Contribute to research materials with broad applicability for clients.
• Track trends in activism and regulatory changes affecting clients.
