Aretum is seeking a Visual Information Specialist to provide hands-on creative production support to the Marketing and Design Manager, Proposal & Growth Team, and internal stakeholders. You will develop brand-compliant visuals for proposals, executive presentations, marketing campaigns, digital content, and events, while aligning with EST hours and offering in-person support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to create brand‑consistent designs across print, digital, and presentation formats.
• Portfolio illustrating visual design, layouts, infographics, digital content or marketing collateral.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative with internal stakeholders.
• Independent worker capable of delivering polished visuals with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Create proposal graphics, diagrams, infographics, roadmaps, timelines and operation diagrams for Federal evaluators.
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials for reviews and meetings.
• Design capability statements, one-pagers, fact sheets, trade show assets, newsletters, and event graphics.
• Create graphics for websites, blogs, emails, LinkedIn content, and light multimedia while following design trends.
• Support visual updates, formatting, file prep, and production tasks for proposals and events.
• Maintain visual consistency with Aretum brand and stakeholder direction.
• Organize design files, reusable assets, templates, icons to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct quality reviews and deliver polished final files under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on visual hierarchy and storytelling.
