Job summary

Consertus-US is seeking a Graphic Designer to own the visual presentation layer of our client pursuits. You will design templates for proposals, build graphics that explain our services, and shape presentations from outline to final delivery.

You’ll create and maintain content in Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and Claude Design, enabling writers to produce polished work quickly. Reporting to the Director, Content Strategy, this full-time, exempt, remote position offers collaboration with pursuit leads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience designing presentations, proposals, or sales collateral, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including slide masters, layouts, styles, and template building.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
• Working knowledge of Claude Design and comfort using AI tools as part of a design workflow.
• Ability to turn complex technical information into clear diagrams and infographics.
• Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight, overlapping deadlines.
• Clear communication with pursuit leads, subject‑matter experts, and non‑design teammates.

Responsibilities

• Design templates for presentations, proposals, and sales collateral in Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Create graphics for proposals, service diagrams, org charts, and infographics.
• Develop and maintain campaign visuals, including service sheets and brochures.
• Ensure brand consistency across assets and templates.
• Turn technical content into clear visuals and meet pursuit deadlines.
• Collaborate with pursuit leads and experts to deliver polished visuals.
