Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

• Develop and apply knowledge of the visual brand assets, tools, templates and processes.
• Support document layout, graphic and illustration development and revisions for pursuits, presentations, and deliverables.
• Support slide formatting, interview graphics, animation and revisions for interviews and presentations.
• Conduct reviews of final layouts, slides, and graphics to suggest improvements, and brand compliance.
• Prioritize multiple deadlines and communicate project status.
• Adhere to budgeted hours on all projects.
• Communicate with design leads on schedule and needs.
• Seek design critique from senior team members and ask for improvements.
• Follow Creative Services standard practices and file structure.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
