Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience with Deltek/Costpoint on commercial or federal engagements.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills; strong MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
• CPA, PMP or other relevant certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project phases and coordinate with clients to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise with SDLC for project management offices supporting PMO staff.
• Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions for clients.
• Develop methodologies and tools for the government contracting sector.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and proposals.
• Deliver outstanding client service and maintain effective client communications.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and assign team responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to consultants and project teams.
• Contribute to the Consulting Practice’s governance and personal development plans.
