Job summary

Ntiva seeks a Technical Account Manager for its GovCon practice to own client relationships, ensure retention, and drive growth across a $2.5M–$4M annual recurring revenue book. You will be the technically fluent contact, bridging business and technology for government contractors.

The role is hybrid-remote with travel to Chicagoland client sites; strong collaboration with security, compliance, and advisory teams is essential to support CMMC/NIST 800-171 readiness and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client-facing IT experience, preferably at an MSP.
• Knowledge of CMMC/NIST 800-171, and ability to discuss security/compliance with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own GovCon accounts as the trusted technical advisor and relationship owner.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and drive strategy, budgets, and roadmaps with clients.
• Coordinate with service delivery, project teams, and engineering to meet client needs.
• Identify renewal opportunities, grow recurring revenue, and manage escalations.
