Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive success for GovCon accounts.

You will manage a portfolio of government-contracting clients, build durable relationships, and coordinate with Ntiva’s vCISO and compliance teams to deliver the right mix of managed IT, security, and advisory services. You will work in a hybrid role in the Chicagoland area, travel to client sites as needed, and leverage ConnectWise to streamline service delivery and account growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client-services / client-facing experience in the IT industry.
• Experience supporting GovCon or defense-contractor clients.
• Track record of retaining and growing a book of business through strong client relationships.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for GovCon accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 25 named accounts totaling $2.5M–$4M in yearly recurring revenue.
• Hold in-person and remote meetings to discuss strategy, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with vCISO and compliance teams to address security and compliance needs.
• Identify opportunities to meet quarterly sales goals and upsell Ntiva services.
