Job summary

Hepburn and Sons LLC seeks an energetic Associate Analyst to join the Business Development team in Manassas, VA. You will support the full lifecycle of government contracting opportunities, from market research to pipeline management, enabling strategic wins for federal clients.

The role requires 1+ years of experience, DoD clearance eligibility, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and BD tools. Expect hands-on growth and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience (internships or projects counted).
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with market research and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly dashboards, monthly status briefs, pipelines, and gate reviews.
• Conduct market research using SAM.gov, PIEE, GovWin, and agency portals.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM (CostPoint) or SharePoint with status and value.
• Assist with data calls, capability matrix updates, and BD process docs.
• Track teaming and NDAs; coordinate meetings and notes.
• Organize BD and proposal files and reports.
• Attend industry days, conferences, and BD events.
• Interface with departments to learn recruiting, contracts, and security procedures.
