Responsibilities

Maintain reliability and performance of customer-facing services and infrastructure.
Lead incident response during Sev0/Sev1 events and participate in post-incident reviews.
Contribute to RCAs and work with Global Solutions teams on preventative solutions.
Ensure Site Reliability activities align with security and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Mentor teammates and encourage continuous learning and adoption of new technologies.
Automate detection and resolution of recurring production issues.
Improve workflows to reduce operational toil and improve engineering efficiency.
