Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with Government Cloud experience to join the DCX team in the United States. The role centers on translating regulatory requirements into Salesforce solutions and guiding adoption across business squads.

You will collaborate with SMEs, product owners, architects, and developers to validate requirements, support testing, and drive contract management, workflow automation, and document control processes.

Qualifications

• Salesforce BA with 6-10 years translating complex processes into Salesforce solutions and user stories.
• Requirements elicitation, process mapping, backlog management, workshop facilitation, and documentation of compliance needs.
• Experience supporting contract management, workflow automation, approvals, and audit-driven processes.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and ability to leverage standard functionality with minimal customization.
• Familiarity with Government Cloud delivery standards, secure coding, testing, and compliance-driven development.
