CACI International Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Administrator to advance our government cloud work, migrating services from on-premises to Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E).

You’ll research hybrid-cloud offerings and engineer migration solutions for AF DCGS and related programs. Responsibilities include operating AWS GovCloud/C2E components, collaborating with AF DCGS Cloud Engineering and the DAF CLOUDworks team, and ensuring security, cost control, and compliance.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience administering web-based applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, operate, secure, and deploy AWS in GovCloud/SC2E/C2E components, accounts, services, and tools.
• Collaborate with AF DCGS Cloud Engineering Team and DAF CLOUDworks and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Operate and manage cloud-based infrastructure, capacity management, service metering, disaster recovery.
• Create processes to measure system effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Seek to enhance systems operations with automation and cost minimization.
• Build and support production service metrics.
• Plan capacity based on utilization metrics and projects.
• Review proposed changes with stakeholders and perform post-implementation checks.
• Coordinate with patch management and service upgrade teams.
• Aid in cloud environment compliance with management, risk and compliance teams.
• Participate in rotating 24x7 on-site support.
• Support automation in the cloud environment.
