Job summary

CACI is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Cloud Engineer to support the AF/DCGS mission. You will design, architect, and implement cloud-based solutions, working with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration on cloud strategy, secure SDLC integration, and automated solutions, with opportunities to advance cloud modernization efforts in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• BS degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of cloud service provider experience, preferably AWS.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification.
• Cloud vendor certifications or CompTIA Cloud+ preferred.
• Experience with Agile project management.
• Experience using DevSecOps to build solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop a Cloud Strategy aligning with business goals.
• Lead in cloud migration discussions and approach selections.
• Design and engineer secure IaaS and PaaS environments.
• Incorporate secure development practices across SDLC with shift-left security.
• Assess application cloud readiness and guide production deployments.
• Develop automated, auditable security data archiving per NIST.
• Produce technical docs and engineering diagrams.
