Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Transformation Architect to support the Air Force at Warner Robins AFB, GA.

The role provides strategic and technical guidance within the EPS team for AF DCGS, focusing on architectural governance, transition to automation, and lifecycle maintenance. Qualified candidates hold a TS/SCI clearance, a BS degree (or 8 years of experience), and 2+ years working with virtualized, on‑prem or cloud systems, including VM and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
Bachelor of Science Degree or 8 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 years working with virtual components in on‑prem or cloud environments.
Familiarity with virtual infrastructures including compute, storage, VMs, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

Provide architectural governance for open, responsive solutions.
Coordinate with analysts and sustainment to validate workflows and CONOPS.
Plan and review designs for releases, fixes, and end‑of‑life replacements; hardware refresh and patching.
Assist with transitioning to automated tools.
Review sustainment and upgrade documentation; conduct SCR technical reviews.
Perform trade‑off studies to select optimal engineering approaches.
