HITT Contracting is seeking a Construction Assistant in Falls Church, VA to support project managers with documentation, meeting packages, and pricing materials. The role requires collaboration with subs, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate information flow and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft based software.
• Self-motivated and proactive – takes initiative and seeks responsibility.
• Ability to communicate daily with project management staff, subs, vendors and clients.
• Integrity - aligns with the HITT Way in all matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers by organizing project documentation and preparing meeting packages.
• Prepare pricing packages and information distribution with subs and project teams.
• Support operation and maintenance manuals and project communications.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of documents.
