Zusammenfassung

Columbia Bank New Jersey is seeking a nonprofit and government business development professional to generate new deposits and grow client relationships within nonprofit, public funds, and commercial markets. You will coordinate with bank partners to deliver solutions and increase the bank’s market share.

This hybrid role requires travel to client sites, attendance at events, and strong proposal writing and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ Business Development experience as a relationship manager, preferably in nonprofit & government sector.
• Experience leading solicitation and portfolio management activities and managing stakeholder tasks.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and develop targeted banking solutions.

Aufgaben

• Generate new deposits and profitable relationships with nonprofits, public funds, and commercial clients.
• Cross-sell banking products and treasury services to deepen client relationships.
• Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to build visibility and growth.
• Collaborate with partners to respond to RFPs and proposals for new public funds relationships.
• Provide ongoing community leadership in alignment with the bank’s strategic plan.
