Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to prepare items for cold case, fresh pack, salad and hot bars, ensuring quality and proper labeling. You will stock, rotate, and merchandise products while maintaining a clean, sanitary environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, assisting customers, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Adherence to health & sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items per recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, monitors quality and freshness, and rotates items.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes in a timely manner.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and assists customers and Team Members.
• Merchandises products and maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping environment.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures and safety standards.
