Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Labels, dates, covers, monitors quality and freshness, rotates items.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes in a timely manner.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers promptly.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work area and follows safety procedures.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; supports merchandising and pricing.
