• Ensures all items are labeled, dated, covered, and rotated for quality and freshness.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes promptly.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean work areas and equipment.
