• Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food items per recipes and standards.
• Read orders and prep items with proper portioning.
• Maintain FIFO to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Present dishes with proper plating and presentation.
• Keep station sanitized; clean floors and surfaces.
• Communicate with guests and coworkers throughout shift.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and procedures.
