Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Late night shifts may be required, potentially 12 AM–3 AM.
• Shifts as scheduled.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Food safety practices and attention to detail.

• Able to stay stationary up to 4 hours.
• Clear communication with guests, management and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high production standards: consistency, texture, temperature.
• Cooks food to standards and guest specifications.
• Ensures proper plate presentation and recipe adherence.
• Uses proper cooking equipment for orders.
• Cleans station surfaces and tools to stay sanitized.
• Assists team as needed and maintains a positive attitude.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
• Communicates clearly with the team throughout the shift.
• Prepares for weekly maintenance tasks.
• Completes all tasks assigned by managers.
