Lush Popcorn in Milwaukee is seeking a dependable Gourmet Popcorn Associate II who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. You will combine customer service with hands-on production support, inventory handling, and team leadership to keep daily operations smooth and engaging for customers.

You’ll greet shoppers, process orders and payments, operate the POS and popcorn equipment, balance the register, and ensure products are well displayed and ready for sale or shipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food/service environment preferred.
• Ability to read recipes and follow procedures accurately.
• Balance a cash register and provide correct change.
• Comfort with POS systems, scales, and store devices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to stand, walk long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations and provide service.
• Accurately process customer orders and payments.
• Operate the POS system, cash register, scales and popcorn equipment.
• Balance cash register and reconcile sales.
• Process refunds, exchanges, coupons and gift cards per procedures.
• Package and display finished products for sale or shipment.
• Handle online and wholesale orders efficiently.
• Keep store clean, sanitized, organized and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality procedures.
• Maintain records related to customers, deliveries, inventory and production.
• Lead the team and assist with questions or escalations.
• Work independently and with the team to fulfill orders.
