Job summary

Popcorn Country is seeking a reliable, long-term team member to join our Tucson shop. You will work in a fast-paced environment producing and packaging popcorn, assist customers in-store and over the phone, and manage various orders while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who can multi-task, are friendly and customer-focused, with experience in food settings and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and adapt to varying tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and via phone with a friendly attitude.
• Fulfill online, phone, email, and wholesale orders and track deadlines.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines during peak rushes.
• Operate an industrial popper, sift, bag, and seal packaging.
• Mass label and package products; lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long shifts.
