Placements24 is seeking a passionate Culinary Event Coordinator to plan and execute a wide range of culinary events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, at our Welkom location. You will translate client visions into memorable dining experiences by collaborating with the culinary team, vendors, and clients to perfect every detail.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of culinary arts, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Competenze

• Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within catering or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of culinary arts, menu planning, and food presentation.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
• Experience managing event budgets and sourcing vendors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events.

• Collaborate with clients to understand event needs, preferences, and budget, developing tailored culinary proposals.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of event execution, including menu selection, staffing, and timeline management.
