Job summary

Shamin Hotels, Inc. is seeking a Bartender in our Food and Beverage department to provide friendly and efficient service at the bar. You will prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, verify guest ages, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well-organized bar area.

Responsibilities include taking orders, following standard recipes, assisting servers when needed, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and upselling of daily specials.

Qualifications

• Gains TIP certification within 3 months of starting.
• Verify guests' age to ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
• Provide attentive, guest-focused service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Sets up a bar with supplies prior to opening to ensure smooth service.
• Receives and prepares drink orders from guests and servers using standard recipes.
• Rings drink orders into register and handles cash with accuracy.
• Maintains bar cleanliness, inventory, and sanitization throughout shift.
• Assists servers with serving food and beverages when needed.
• Suggests daily specials and upsells beverages to guests.
