Responsibilities

• Sets up a bar with supplies prior to opening to ensure smooth service.
• Receives and prepares drink orders, ensures accuracy and processes payments.
• Rings orders, handles cash and credit charges according to SOP.
• Keeps bar, dining area and stations clean and organized at all times.
• Verifies prices, tips and charges on checks and assists servers as needed.
