• Sets up a bar with supplies prior to opening to ensure smooth service.
• Receives and prepares drink orders from guests and servers using standard pours and recipes; ensures accuracy of order
• Rings drink orders into register, collects money and makes correct change
• Provides immediate attention to guests and fosters positive guest relations
• Closes down bar, secures inventory, cleans and sanitizes bar area
• Assists servers with serving food and beverages when necessary
• Keeps bar area clean and organized at all times
• Advises supervisor of any complaints and follows up as needed
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
• Reviews and turns in Z report with correct cash drop and card slips
