Responsibilities

• Know drink recipes, prices, and beverage types.
• Accurately handle cash, MICROS system, and tip policies.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years.
