You will contribute to menu development, showcase culinary creativity, and work with a collaborative team to deliver outstanding experiences. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Proven Chef de Partie experience in catering/hotel environments.
• Strong knife skills and ability to work under pressure during high-volume events.
• Knowledge of HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage mise en place and station prep effectively.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a focus on presentation.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for events.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards for events.
• Manage your kitchen section with efficient mise en place.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety in your area.
• Contribute to menu development and new dish ideas.
• Assist Head/Sous with inventory, stock rotation and ingredient orders.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality of all dishes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service during busy periods in Welkom.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Uphold the client’s reputation for outstanding culinary experiences.
