You will be responsible for preparing specific dishes or sections of the menu during large-scale banquets and events, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution. Working under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to clients. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards for banquets and events.
• Manage a specific station or section of the kitchen during service.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Queenstown, Eastern Cape .
