About The Role

Role Overview

This is a platform-ownership seat, not a support-ticket seat. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate IT in our NYC Global HQ, the Sr. Corporate Systems Engineer owns end-to-end administration and governance of DoubleVerify's core collaboration stack — Google Workspace and Slack — across roughly 300–400 users and ~100 applications, for a C-suite-heavy headquarters (our CEO, COO, and CFO are in-office regularly).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end administration and governance of Google Workspace and Slack — user and group lifecycle, Drive and shared-drive permissions, channel governance, domain-wide delegation, app security controls, security and compliance settings, third-party integrations, and guest access.
  • Own conference room AV and collaboration technology across the NYC HQ footprint — from hardware rollouts and new conferencing standards (Crestron, Neat, Zoom Rooms, WebEx, Logitech, DisplayLink) through day-to-day reliability, not just break-fix troubleshooting.
  • Own MDM/endpoint management across ~100 applications and 300–400 users, using tools such as Jamf and Workspace ONE.
  • Provide direct, white-glove technical support to C-level executives and leadership — ensuring rapid, discreet, and reliable resolution of their technology needs across devices, collaboration tools, and conferencing.
  • Own the Corporate Systems ticketing queue end-to-end — triaging, prioritizing, and resolving within SLA, and building automations that measurably reduce recurring ticket volume or support time.
  • Build and maintain the department knowledge base — SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and self-service documentation to deflect tickets and standardize resolutions.
About You

We're looking for someone who has been the sole, accountable owner of a Workspace or Slack environment at a prior company — not someone who has helped administer one as part of a shared team. Alongside platform governance, this role owns conference room AV, MDM/endpoint management, and ITSM/ticketing automation, and provides white-glove technical support directly to executive leadership. This is a highly technical, high-trust role that requires both deep hands‑on expertise and the judgment and composure to operate in close proximity to senior executives.

Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Google Workspace and Slack platform administration/ownership experience — not general IT support tenure.
  • Proven, sole ownership of Google Workspace governance, including domain‑wide delegation and app‑blocking for security, with real hands‑on GAM/Admin console scripting for bulk user and group management (not shadowing).
  • Has built or shipped something on Slack itself — an app, bot, or workflow — not just configured channels and permissions.
  • Has owned a conference room AV project end‑to‑end — a hardware rollout or new conferencing standard — not just occasional troubleshooting.
  • Hands‑on MDM/endpoint management at scale using Jamf and/or Workspace ONE.
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent), including having personally built an automation with a measurable, data‑backed reduction in ticket volume or support time.
  • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS and Windows.
  • Genuine white‑glove executive support experience.
Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Okta experience beyond basic app assignment — provisioning rules, SCIM, or group‑based access management.
  • Experience with IT onboarding processes and hardware logistics.
  • Experience with enterprise conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams).

This position is full‑time and located in our New York City headquarters offices offering a hybrid work model from office and remote.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined by a number of non‑discriminatory factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and internal equity relative to peers at DV.

The estimated salary range for this role, based on the qualifications set forth in the job description, is between $94,000 $160,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.

Not-so-fun fact:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of job criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes but you’re not sure that you check every box.
