Job summary

GT Ecom BV is seeking a results-driven Google Media Buyer to manage paid search across our ecommerce brands. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS and revenue growth.

This independent contractor role is remote with flexible hours and Hubstaff time tracking. Compensation is hourly with incentives, plus a monthly stipend after three months and annual salary increments; health insurance begins in year two.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Experience with large monthly ad budgets on Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and GMC.
• Expertise in feed optimization and product data management (DataFeedWatch, GMC).
• Deep understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Creative problem solving with a performance-first mindset.

Your Role As a Google Media Buyer at GT Ecom BV

you’ll be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition across our portfolio of eCommerce brands. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS and accelerate revenue growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with major online fashion platforms, managing campaigns for diverse catalogs and product lines.
• Proven experience managing large-scale monthly ad budgets on Google Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and GMC.
• Expertise in feed optimization and product data management (DataFeedWatch, GMC, etc.).
• Deep understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Creative problem solver with a performance‑first mindset.
• Highly organized, data‑driven, and self‑motivated.

Role type: Independent contractor (location preference - remote)
