Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Google Cloud Security Manager to lead end-to-end security engagements on the Cloud Cyber Risk team in the United States. You will architect secure-by-default solutions across Google Cloud Platform services, including Gemini AI and Kubernetes, and guide delivery with on-site and offshore teams.

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage engagement economics, and mentor consultants while shaping security proposals and capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of cybersecurity or cloud security experience
• 3+ years designing or implementing Google Cloud security
• 2+ years leading teams and client deliverables
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD security, Google Cloud-native security services, securing containers/AI/ML workloads on Google Cloud
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Previous consulting or Big 4 experience (preferred)
• Experience securing generative AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform
• Experience growing client accounts and leading end-to-end technical security proposals
• Published white papers or speaking at security conferences
• Experience with policy-as-code and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST 800-53)
• Google Cloud Security or Google Cloud Professional certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Google Cloud security engagements with on-site and offshore teams
• Architect secure-by-default solutions across GCP services
• Establish infrastructure-as-code standards using Terraform
• Define secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security testing and guardrails
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact across stakeholders
• Manage engagement economics, delivery quality, staffing, and risk while mentoring
• Support business development with scope, estimates, proposals, and thought leadership
