Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Google Infrastructure and Security Lead Architect to guide enterprise cloud transformations on Google Cloud Platform. You will design secure, scalable cloud environments, build landing zones, and drive security by design while coordinating with development, operations, and security teams to automate and modernize infrastructure.

Lead architecture for hybrid cloud, network topologies, and migration strategies, with a focus on strong security controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10+ years of hands-on cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, or cloud security.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale cloud migrations and modernizing legacy infra.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable, multi-tenant GCP landing zones and network topologies.
• Secure by design using Cloud Armor, VPC Service Controls, and encryption keys.
• Lead modernization of applications with GCP managed services and Kubernetes.
• Define migration blueprints and optimize data streaming with Pub/Sub/Dataflow/BigQuery.
• Collaborate across teams to implement DevSecOps and automated security guardrails.
