Job summary

Triwill Group seeks an IT Software Engineer - Data to own the data foundation enabling GenAI solutions for higher education and public-sector clients. You will design, build, and maintain reliable cloud data pipelines that make sensitive client information usable for AI applications.

The role combines data engineering, governance, classification, security, and architecture in a collaborative, remote setting, primarily using Google Cloud technologies and analytics/RAG use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building scalable cloud data pipelines.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security considerations.
• Exposure to GenAI concepts and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud data pipelines for AI applications.
• Identify data quality, access, privacy, and compliance risks before production.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, operations, and client teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to reusable data and AI capabilities in a distributed tech environment.
