Job summary

Innovative Solutions is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to design and deploy modern data pipelines and generative AI solutions on AWS. You’ll work on scalable ETL/ELT workflows, cloud data platforms, and production-grade RAG systems for intelligent search and automation.

You will collaborate with clients to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions, leveraging Bedrock, Claude, and vector databases. Strong AWS experience and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud-native development.
2+ years of hands-on AWS experience with production deployments.
1+ years of direct Generative AI experience (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents).
Proven track record delivering production AI applications from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

Implement data pipelines using AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR).
Create and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
Configure and optimize RDS, Aurora, Redshift, DynamoDB.
Build data lakes with S3 and related services.
Develop GenAI apps using Bedrock and foundation models; enable intelligent search and automation.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases.
Develop AI agents and multi-agent orchestration with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Write and test SQL queries and stored procedures.
Document solutions and transfer knowledge to customers.
Support data governance and security controls.
